Seeing the need for Authentic Italian Cuisine and Great Pizza in the South Suburbs, in 1969 Joseph Sanfratello opened the original Sanfratello's Pizza in Glenwood Illinois. From a small converted house that sat 20 people, Joe bought the neighboring properties to expand the restaurant which now seats over 300 guests.
