I'm so thankful and grateful for the care I've received here in Vermillion SD over the past 4/5 yrs. The Wound Care Nurse Shari is the nicest person you'll ever meet. She does an outstanding job here with all her patients, not just myself. She has been a nurse as well as friend. A person I can talk to about my wound care needs and a person I can vent to on occasion, because of my medical issues. I had a bite wound that got infected. It took over 3 months of wound care. Most important is with out their help and Infectious Disease help Dr. Nirmal and staff, I would not be spending the next 3 months in Rockport Tx. Wound healing can be a long process. So it is a Love/Hate relationship with your Wound Clinic. I Love the nurses at wound clinic, they know their stuff, they are open to teaching, listening and always ready to help the patient and their family members. The hate part, wounds don't always respond positively so going to clinic 2 or 3 days a week gets old after a few weeks. The staff at Sanford's Wonderful Wound Clinic make wound clinic a happy place🥰Thank You All🥰

Treat me like with nothing but respect. Nurses at all Sanford facilities I've been to are all outstanding at what they do. Friendly compassionate helpful informative. Sanford Hospital is a top of the line medical facility. They hire nothing but the best candidates to work here. Dr's nurses alike are all so super friendly. They love their job. That's all you can ask for right.
