This was the worst and most racist experience I had with a clinic. They never answer the phone and the wait time in the waiting room is very ridiculous
TERRIBLE!!!!! I WAITED 1 HOUR TO BE TOLD THEY NEVER CHECKED ME IN SO NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER MONTH TO GET MY MEDICINE!!! AVOID THIS TRASH AND GO TO AVERA!
The clinical supervisor, Reed, is horrible at his job. He lacks compassion and a lending ear; in a management position, he should at least ACT like he cares about the clinic and what goes on there. Whatever issues you bring up to him WILL be dismissed and probably soon forgotten. For example, the clinic parking lot had lots of deep pot holes that needed to be filled. Stopped in at 8:30 when they open to get some lab work done and the doors were still locked and everything was dark inside, however, there were vehicles parked in the back in the employee parking lot. Please don’t post incorrect times if you aren’t going to be open. Tried calling and it said they were closed today even though the website says 8:30 to 2:30 for Saturdays.
