This is the Best Shop EVER! The Manager, Susan was just Awesome. She knew that I didn't know anything about cars and she treated me with kid gloves and explained everything to me every step of the way. My car runs Fantastic so Thanks to Susan and the Mechanics for being just awesome
Found Sandford Transmission online after taking my car to dealership and them saying it needed a new transmission. Ray was very knowledgeable, professional and personal in taking the time to talk with me just over the phone about my car. We took it in and he was honest about what needed to happen and very understandable with us and our situation.
