This facility has many issues. Everything from scheduling to inappropriate doctors. My most recent experience was the worst. I saw the therapist Trudy and she was completely inappropriate during the therapy rolling her eyes, and ridiculing me basically. The worst part is she put a bunch of inappropriate diagnoses that have no basis on my file and Sanford refuses to correct it. the clinic is great. on the other hand the e.r. seems to fail in more ways than one. went there last night with a friend. they treated her like it was such a burden that she came in. didnt do any necessary blood work and then sounded super annoyed by her the whole visit. she is now on her way to a different hospital. that hospital told her that tracy did everything wrong and that she needs to get back in or to Sioux falls asap. WAY TO GO TRACY E.R . I won't ever come here for anything. and I'd suggest others not to as well
