WARNING!! Avoid this place if you can Employs the most rude and unprofessional receptionists. If you want to be told by receptionists you take medications wrong or they basically accuse you of selling medications when you just need a refill of a essential medication. My elderly mother was 5 minutes late for an appointment and was treated so poorly by reception she left crying and saying she will never go back. She needs surgery but would rather be in pain than anything to do with the hospital now This was the same receptioni... read more
Actually listened and shocker avera was wrong and I could be helped! Went to sanford after avera in marshall treated me like garbage and sanford help numb my stomach and got a CT which showed several issues causing me pain that could be treated! Thank you so much
Avoid at all costs. Missed my wife's brain tumor for over a year even though she'd asked for an MRI for at least 6 months. Communication is very bad. Images from labs aren't always made available in a timely manner. We now drive 4-hours round trip for appointments just to avoid this place
New in town. Nurses, doctors, and staff have been incredibly helpful and supportive.
