Brian did an excellent job in replacing the water diverter valves in our two bath/shower units. We would be glad to have Sanford send him to do any additional plumbing work needed in our home.

Our central AC stopped working the 1st day of the heatwave, called Sanford Temperature Control & they had Zak over the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem & had the AC up & running in no time. Thank you Zak!!

Mike, Kyle and their apprentice Zach arrived today to install our new furnace and air conditioning system. This in the middle of the coronavirus lockdown which my wife and I had been observing for two months. They arrived in gloves, masks and booties and respected our distance at all times but still managed to educate us to this new much more efficient system effortlessly. I had a leak causing flooding. Alex was concerned. Helped me turn things off but came out to make sure the leak stopped until Zach could come fix it. Very informative, helpful and caring. Zach was amazing. Smart, kind and thorough. I liked them so much I joined the service partner plan. I highly reccommend.
What a fantastic local company. Had an issue with our hot water heater and called Sanford. They have competitive rates, a great friendly staff and were able to accommodate us to get it fixed quickly.
