I hope the owner and family of the owner read this review and change their customer service. Went in this morning to buy stone had decent customer service in the beginning but then the owner started going on about how he doesn’t have patience for me ( the customer) when asking questions and showing some photos. been her 3 times on saturday at 11 am and 1 time at 10 . i dont know if they are open any more on saturdays? the sign says closing at 12 oh well theres other places close by.
My husband is a local contractor who buys plenty of stone from local yards. He was just at the stone yard place in Templeton there to buy some boulders for a client and was treated like an inconvenience. He said he has never been treated like this in his 23 years of business. The owner and son were rude to him and didn’t want to help him unless he was willing to purchase a whole pallet.
