Sitting outside the state street location. Hours of operation are until 8:30 pm. It’s 7:43pm and they locked the doors. This is only after we’ve called all day trying to get a hold of the doctor we saw us two nights ago because our sons health has worsened. She told us to call her if it got worse and she’d help but still no response. And now we are locked out after rushing from Mandan to make it before they closed.
