Drove 2.5 hours for a 3:00 appointment only to be told that they couldn’t get us in today. Not impressed and taking business elsewhere!

I even tried to book a different day that was better. I thought it was clear that it was going to be close on time. I should of had you call at 1 before you left to give you an update as to not waste the trip. I will gladly take 50.00 off if you are willing to return. Got my windows tinted and visor put on. Looks amazing!!! Thanks guys! Will be going back very soon for some stereo work.
Had a remote starter installed as a Christmas gift for my husband, happy with the product, not so much with the service, installation errors required that he bring the truck back twice and they didn’t seem to care that it was such an inconvenience. When making that kind of investment I would expect better service.

Thank you for the great review on our product. I apologize for your bad experience from our staff. However if memory serves me right I got him in within a day to address the issue and upon figuring out our mistake called,paid and arranged to fix issue within the same day. The second error was just the on/off switch being off which we do whenever working on vehicles. I feel your pain however don't feel it deserves a poor evaluation. I've used sanford sound many times over the years. They simply do the best quality work and will not let something leave their shop unless it's 100% right.
Excellent experience. Had radio installed was in and out in about 25 minutes with old radio removed and new radio installed. Very professional. Highly recommend
