Jourdan was perfect. He walked me through things step by step. Made sure I was comfortable & enjoyed through conversation while hook up so it definitely wasn't an awkward experience! Keep him on payroll along with a raise! He was very professional & knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions.
My sleep technician was wonderful. Explained everything to me. Evidently I have Reem sleep Apnea and had to be hooked up to the machine about 2:30 am. It was intimidating to me as I am a mouth breather and this was to help me sleep with my mouth closed. My tech was supportive and helpful
