The endocrinologist was doing rounds at the hospital, so I waited a little bit longer than usual, but that was not a big deal. The waiting room is comfortable, and the staff are super friendly. I ended up having to get labs drawn, and I had my 6-month-old son with me, Jamie at the front desk held him for me! You don't get service like that at many medical places.
