I was scheduled for surgery but I had to cancel due to coming down with flu like symptoms on 8/17/25 the office was closed. I called the following day at 5:15am on 8/18/25 and they informed me I had to call my physicians office at 8am. Meaning my physician would be informed about my cancellation 1 hour prior to surgery. I was specifically instructed to call the day unit in case any issues arise. This is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate to the surgical team.
My husband had a procedure this morning and we were very impressed with the nurses who attended him before, during, and after the procedure. Thanks to Erin, Drake and Diane. So caring and knowledgeable. Many thanks!

Surgery on Feb 25th 2022. My nurse Candace in the day unit was amazing! She was on top of things and so incredibly kind. My doc was great ,as well as all the nursing staff in OR. My body decided to throw them all a curve ball and they knew exactly what to do. I wish all the OR staff the best and thank everyone for the fantastic care.
