Dr. Roberts is the best. My son was operated by him about 5 years ago and his vision has improved over time considerably. During the operation he was the only doctor out of a room filled of people that came out to speak with us of how procedure went. He has always been very nice and has a lot of patience when dealing with kids. Now my daughter needs to be operated and I'm scared for anybody else but him to do it. I've been going crazy trying to find him after he moved on, but haven't had any luck.

Dr is amazing, billing experience is absolutely horrendous. We have USAA insurance and he is an in network provider, but they are billing incorrectly and our insurance carrier will not accept how they bill. The issue is the merchant code. Seems like they need to find a easier way to accept USAA insurance so as not to inconvenience the patients. This means we have to pay out of pocket for every visit. I am waiting on a call back from Ms. Camacho, billing manager to discuss this issue further. Will update the review in the fut... read more
