This place is a joke. 8 months for a test and the sessions are suppose to be every other week and now no availability for 2 months. They don’t care about their current patients just getting more. There are other options in Sioux Falls don’t choose this place.

I called to make the appointment, and told them I was using EAP. Prior to the appointment, I registered, letting them know I wasn't using insurance and I am using EAP. I went to the appointment and at the end when she brought up billing, I reminded her that I was using EAP. Dr. Kayla said something about, oh, in situations like this, bills get written off. There’s a months long wait to get in. I waited almost three months for a very anticipated and needed appointment only to have them cancel the week before because the provider was going on maternity leave. As if they could not have let me know sooner? Three months wasted waiting. Only to have to just get another wait list to wait again. This in unacceptable patient care. Unacceptable.
