Christine is super knowledgeable and helpful with any pelvic floor issues! I was nervous about some changes in my body postpartum, and she gave me hope and made me feel completely at ease. Within a few months, I already feel just about back to normal thanks to Christine and the exercises/breath management she gave me to work on. Highly recommend!
I have had chronic hip pain for almost 30 years, and Christine has already helped that be less (and some days I have no pain at all) in just a month! She is kind, gentle, knowledgeable, and explains everything she is doing very well.

Christine was very informative and easy to talk to when I needed help during my pregnancy. She made me feel very comfortable and gave me great advice. I honestly don’t know how I would of gotten through my pregnancy without her! I 100% recommend!
