Christine is awesome and so personable. Going in for pelvic floor therapy is such a vulnerable thing to begin with and when you are pregnant/freshly postpartum even more so. She was always very respectful and listened to my concerns helping to devise a plan that tackled the issues I experienced along the way. I am grateful I took the leap of faith in pelvic floor therapy to get me back into life and exercise postpartum!

LOVE Christine! I came to see her after having my son, dealing with diastasis and a tight pelvic floor. She does massage and exercises to help the mind-muscle connection reawaken! She’s given me so many great exercises to do that I wouldn’t have ever thought of. After just 3 visits with her, I’m starting to feel like myself again! The facility and equipment are also high-quality.
