I had worked with Christine before at a prior location, but now that she her own practice, she can really shine. She is always professional and really knows what she is doing. The PT she brought in for my first session was wonderful. Christine is not afraid to teach you stretches and exercises so that you don't need to come back (even if you may want to) and always takes her time with you. Christine has been amazing with me over these past few weeks I went in because of a prolapse and I feel like I have better control of my pelvis as well as my breathing and strength overall. I highly recommend Christine she is patient. She listens and understands her subject very well.
Went for my first session today and Crystal made me feel so comfortable!
