Dr. Rai was extremely personable, efficient, and thorough during my visit. Anyone with an appointment with her, you’re in good hands.
My first Dr Valentina was the best they ever had… now.. I have Peterson… Dropped off my fmla paperwork. They “never received first copy” so I brought second copy. I was referred to neurology after a visit to the ER, only to be told their soonest appt was the 1st week of May. Suddenly I get a MyChart saying I could get in on 2/17 - cool. It's my brain so I would like answers. The neurologist so clearly didn't read my chart. Asking me my patient history & med questions that should have been on my chart. I had to transfer to Sanford because I am on state insurance and that’s what was offered to me. The difference between the team here and Avera is night and day! My team at Avera was always on top of my MRI and infusion scheduling. If something wasn’t in, they would constantly reach out and call me to ensure I received the care I needed for my MS. Now, I am months behind on my MRI and infusions, and no one has reached out to me. They tell me to call and schedule myself, but the scheduling team has no idea what MRIs need to be... read more
