Absolutely appalled by this place. First, I scheduled and went through all sorts of screenings to have my son genetically tested. I paid the money, took time off work, the whole ordeal. This was MONTHS ago. Now I’m getting a call a week or two prior (we live OUT OF STATE) and I’m being told they’re moving my son’s appointment to May. I said, isn’t our appointment coming up soon? The gal didn’t care at all. I just told her to cancel the referral and we will go elsewhere. This is absolutely not okay.
