Wouldn’t even give it 1 star if I didn’t have to. Over the last few years, I have brought my sister, grandparents, and myself in for different reasons and haven’t had a good experience once. Everything takes hours, staff wasn’t very attentive, etc. Have heard from multiple people you’re better off driving to towns nearby for help.
Terrible place. Go to a different town if you want quality care. You will spend hours and hours here just to even get your results back. It’s been this way for years and nothing has changed.
Rather die an easily avoidable death then go back here. Anyone with chronic pain is treated like a junkie, I’ve been told I need to ween off medication they only give me in the er that I don’t even take. If your not being being brushed off by nursing staff your being brushed off by a doctor. Just drive to Fargo you have a better chance at actually receiving treatment.
Very disappointed with my experience here. Came to er for really bad tooth pain/headache and after the nurse swung in and brought me down the hall, I have been sitting in this exam room for going on 2 hours now and I haven't seen a soul. Nice to know they have no problem letting you know the don't give a shit. Not to mention the nurse was extremely rude.
Hours of waiting with Cerebral Palsy (CP) having bad pains in back got passed over many times. No Waite time just the oh the nurses will decide what happens.
