Finally some AC, too bad its almost fall – My AC finally works. Too bad the summer is basically over. Anyway, I appreciate the good work done by the repairman from Sanford Kramer. He did a good job explaining to me what the problem was, and he was clear as to how he was going to go about fixing it. My new system is working without a hitch.
Excellent customer service – Their installer called me twice after completing his work to make sure my new AC system worked properly. It was working properly, but I appreciated his interest.
excellent service as usual – One of Sanford Kramer's technicians has been to my home many times in the past and just completed a VERY difficult task to update my home's 50-year-old plumbing. As usual, he was very professional and tidy, and his work was of the highest quality. The company's prices may be on the higher end of the spectrum, but I believe that I was given the best possible price under the circumstances and that the quality of work was well worth the price.
