I have been going to Dr Katims office for over 40 years. Now being seen by the third generation. Great office. Great doctors.
Just had my first appointment with Dr Rachel Katims and I had a lovely experience. The office staff is welcoming and helpful in answering questions. Dr Rachel is very kind and patient, took time to explain what every machine was going to do before the exam and then explained the results of the tests in an easy to understand way. They are also stocked with a great variety of frames to choose for.
My family and I have been patients of the Katims for over 20 years. We only trust our eyes to them. Staff is always helpful and accommodating. The Katims make you feel part of their family.
