The front desk staff are rude and inattentive to the needs of their customers. My wife has been trying to get a simple signature for a time sensitive document and every time she inquires whether it’s been signed or not, she is treated like trash. We’re still waiting….

From the Receptionists to the Dr's, everyone was pleasant and very kind. The atmosphere was very calming, the main lobby is beautiful and comfortable

The Sanford Joe Lueken Center provided exceptional caring patient care to my Father who had Multiple Myloma Cancer. He lived much longer than the average patient with MM. The Lueken Center's care really made a difference. It is a wonderful addition to Bemidji and the quality of life of the area residents.
