I called Dr. Sanford J. Weitzbuch's office last week to see if I could be seen for some foot issues that I have been dealing with for a little over a month. I saw Dr. Weitzbuch at his Calabasas location which was very convenient for me. The Dr. referred for an xray and informed me that he would follow up with me once I had the xray taken. I had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist when I called to schedule a doctor's appointment. The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They seemed disinterested and annoyed by my questions, unhelpful responses. Instead of trying to assist me or show any empathy, they made me feel like I was a burden.
