My wife bought her car from Sanford Honda in 2019 and has gotten free oil changes for as long as she owns the car. They do have free coffee and water. There's a vending machine in the waiting area. They will clean your car if you request one.
Had a missing lug nut after tire rotation and oil change, tire pressure on one tire was at 12 psi should have been at 52, never reset my maint. via dash. Not thorough at all. Verify everything before you leave. My mistake for not doing so.
Just left the service department after having 2 appts for two separate vehicles. My first vehicle was said to have a $60 coupon on it which was nowhere reflected on the receipt. Both receipts had an additional charge for “supplies/doc” which also reflects no specifics as to what those supplies/docs were. I also was charged a 3% credit card charge which was not divulged at the time of check out. It’s true.
