"Come back in 3 months and we'll see if it gets bigger" That's like taking your car to a mechanic with a funny sound coming from your engine and being told, "We gave it an oil change, if its still there when your next oil change is due we'll look further. I guess when the bill comes I'll tell them the same, wait three months until We get an answer.
