I had a very bad experience in the hospital setting, they have very weak system at billing stuff, after I cleared my all amount using student health. Why is there an unnecessary balance due to something already paid of, it is clearly written that varicella titer test cost 15 dollar and I get total of 70 dollar that day. I was charged again for varicella titer 68 dollar which was so irrelevant. I talked to billing office and that matter was closed. Was there Friday at 5pm.what a terrible visit the doctor i had told me the way I was walking she thought I was just fine. I'm 70 years old you would think I'd get better care i know my body better than they do. Feeling worse today than yesterday.i told them I felt like I was getting light headed.
The clinic is fine but Anthony Burbach is not a good doctor. He's there for whatever is on that computer monitor screen.
