The staff at the clinic are always helpful and do a great job for my family. We have went here for years and feel blessed to have them so close and available.
The nurse practitioner at this location is indifferent at best. She also has a mean side so make sure you check your chart to see what she's said about your visit. I finally went to a different clinic and found that she was wrong in her diagnosis and wrong in her treatment. I have finally been treated and am on the mend. I wouldn't allow her to treat a child or an elderly person who may not be able to advocate for themselves. The staff is nice though.
I showed up with 2 open animal bites on my arm. The Dr refused to leave their lunch break to help me. AVOID THIS DUMPSTER FIRE.
No availability ever, easier to drive to Sioux Falls clinics that actually do walk ins.
