After years of being in pain I went in to see Dr. Koester about my feet. He ordered an MRI of the Achilles and found that they were partially torn. He had already taken a very good inventory of what I had done and talked very openly to me about my options. Years of searching for someone to help me and all it took was waiting for the best to fall in my lap.
