A very bad experience. I had to argue with the young woman because she insisted that the medical equipment wasn't covered by the health plan, even after I told her it was. She claimed to know more about my medical plan than I did, without even verifying what my health plan was before making unnecessary and inconsistent comments. She even said that because I had previously received medical equipment, my wife's equipment wouldn't be covered, which is inaccurate. One person's plan has nothing to do with another's. Rude, small, not Appropriately helpful and after having to reschedule because they needed to reschedule the first one. I would not recommend.
Today I had a bad experience in this place the guys told me my insurance didn’t meet my deductible for a boot for my foot and he told me he was pretty sure I didn’t have the 350 Dlls to pay for the boot so he can’t help me which make feel discriminated only because I’m Hispanic
The staff is great
I was sent for an MRI with horrible back pain & they were so amazing! So patient! Great staff
