Worst customer service ever.
I went in to the Cpap supply. 2 gals tapping away on their computers. 2 minutes I stand there while they tap. Then one says “someone will be with you in a minute Ma’am”. More tapping. (Are they playing video games?) finally one asks for my information. I give her my new ins card. She scans it. And starts tapping. I’m so uncomfortable standing there due to recent surgery. Go sit. Medivan picked up my mother took her to Sanford equip to get fitted for compression socks. When we get in and get her fitted the guy looks and says "Oh we don't have her size that's our most common size and I sold the last pair yesterday so I have to order them." If that is those most common size why don't you keep them in stalk. Now we have to go back again get charged for another appointment. Further more the door opens in the wrong direction for the wheel chair ramp. Don't know why the side walk in front of the door isn't... read more
