Stopped in for a replacement mask, I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but very helpful and quick to greet me when I walked in. I wish I could say the same about their billing department in ND. I was trying to pay my bill off rather than making monthly payments and it didn’t show the total online, just what the monthly payments were. It took hours of phone calls to finally get it resolved. This location however is top notch.
Traveling across country and lost a piece of my CPAP machine. They were able to replace it for me immediately. So grateful. They saved the whole trip!
