I now Dr in Sioux Falls and am Happy to have the convenience of the Sanford clinic here in Brookings with Dr. Stephani Broderson! She is wonderful and is the only one (and clinic) I trust in Brookings!! I have many health conditions Avera and Brookings Hospital could not put diagnosis' on and Brookings SANFORD did from running the same tests, MRI, EEG, Blood work, and so forth. BLESS THEM!!
I had a negative experience at the front desk of this clinic. The staff was not friendly or welcoming, which made the visit uncomfortable from the start. Customer service and professionalism at the front desk need improvement.
They are the kindest and most thorough place I have ever been to. They treat you as a human and listen without you feeling rushed. We are very fortunate to have this wonderful place to go to.
