I recently moved to Harrisburg and thought I would go here for a preventive service so I wouldn’t have to drive 30 mins to my PCP. I should have made the drive… The doctor I saw was really nice and attentive but for some reason they coded my visit/labs as non-preventive so I’m getting charged over $400. This is a service I’ve had done with my PCP every year for the last 6 years and have never been charged for. No changes have been made to my insurance, so it’s not an insurance issue. Dr. Hegyi is a god sent. She listens, she takes her time and she cares. A big thanks to Dr. Hegyi, Logan (her nurse) and Troy (reception). Keep up the great work. I honestly can't get over my doctor and her nurse, I don't want more of her time taken, but I want anyone else who dealt with poor experience with a PCP over and over to know that there GOOD doctors and nurses out there, like doctor Hegyi and her nurse, Logan.
