Very unprofessional secretary and very unprofessional customer service. They get the money that they want from you and they won’t follow up or make sure things are done the right way. I would not recommend this place Even if you paid me $1 million.
We were looking around for kitchen countertops and contacted Gavin with our questions. He is very knowledgeable and generous with his time and with sharing expertise. His pricing is also very competitive. We were impressed overall.

Do not use this company unless you live close by and can keep a check on everything. After several calls text and emails we gave them the go ahead to install counter tops in the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We were having all new floors so we left for 3 weeks as the house was unlivable. We came back to the bathroom countertop in the kitchen and the kitchen countertop in the bathrooms. Completely the wrong color and didn’t match the floor or tile. They said I gave the go ahead so I would have to pay another $14,000 to correct it ... read more
We had quartz countertops installed yesterday in the kitchen and they look amazing! Sanford Granite was the second fabricator I considered but their pricing and ability to handle the project from demo to install won me over. Everyone I dealt with, Gavin, Brandi, the two who created the template and the installers were very knowledgeable and helpful.
