Dr. Jeremy Raines provides exceptionally thorough neuropsychology healing. The receptionist is also very courteous and helpful. I wish I could remember her name. She was not sitting at the front desk , but at one nearby.

The staff doesn’t know how to Return phone calls for a patient. I’ve been trying to call for about 2 1/2 weeks for every day to leave a message for a doctor Sam and his nurse and no callback. No nothing. Very unprofessional
I've been seeing Dr. Diamond or one of her PAs here following brain surgery 15 years ago. Every interaction with every staff member has been pleasant. The doctors and nurses take time to listen to me. We have actual conversations. They've always done the best they can to provide good care. They are great about following up on messages via MyChart also. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for neurology care.
