Fantastic staff!
I give Susan Scarberry 5 stars, her schedulers maybe deserve one star. I rescheduled an appointment with her, the scheduler rescheduled me for a Tuesday at 4:00, I asked her if that was correct, because it just didn't sound right. Yes this is correct. Ok - the next day I received a call that no, she doesn't take patients that late on a Tuesday (of course my original appointment was taken). I met with Dr. Scott Belliston for an initial evaluation to possibly get a Baclofen Pump implanted. He and his nurse, Charlotte, were both professional, super down to earth and friendly, very knowledgeable, and more than willing and able to answer every single question I posed and because of their personalities they were able to allay all of my concerns and fears.
