I met with Dr. Jenna Gilibaro the first time for my persistent cough and wheezing. For 3 months I visited the doctor twice and an ENT twice but unfortunately I never got better. Dr. Gilibaro spent an hour with me and answered all my questions. I’ve given her a 5-star rating. She already started a plan of action to get me feeling much better and then will put me on a prevention and maintenance plan. They gave me my life back! Even though there are pulmonologists close to my home in Orlando, I drive over 35 miles from Orlando to Sanford Family Care Center — that’s how awesome this place is! Crystal, the owner, is always amazing, and the rest of the staff is just as phenomenal. Every visit is smooth and comfortable. The environment is absolutely professional, pleasant and welcoming. I recently changed jobs and had no insurance. I was running out of my medicines and needed refills. The PCPs I spoke with were charging almost $250 for just a visit. I was told about this center and they took care of all medical needs. It was a great experience! The staff and owner were easy to work with. I would recommend them and will be using them again.
Excellent practice. Dr.G was very nice and very intelligent. She truly cares for her patients. It was a very positive experience. I would recommend Dr G to everybody.
I have been a patient of Dr.Gibralero for over three year. I was very happy to know that most of my appointments can be completed through videos and not always having to travel from kissimmee to Sanford Fla. I thought I had lost her for-ever, she had left me enough prescriptions, to last until I was able to start the new doctor. Christal is also wonderful to the patients, welcome krystal !! I can go on and on about my doctor, Dr. Gibralero professional, smart, a person first, excellent patient care, etc. etc, etc.
