Excellent service and staff.
A referral for two different things service related was sent to this place from minot. They call me 3 different times 2 times within the same 10 minutes at 8am when I'm still sleeping for work. The other time i told her another referral of mine was sent to the hearing specialist in minot and basically started arguing with me over the phone saying theres no other hearing specialist in minot. If your doctor makes a referral for you to ENT, good luck getting in and if you do get in, good luck getting appropriate care! I called numerous, numerous times and left 10+ voicemails and never heard back. After talking with my doctor, she had one of her nurses just sit on the phone and allow it to ring and ring until someone finally answered. She did not tell me how long her nurse had to sit but stated it was a VERY long time. When I arrived at the clinic, I had to wait half an hour past my appointment time before the nurs... read more
