My privacy was violated by a staff member when they asked me in public how a procedure went. They asked me in front of several people. I was asked to provide something for testing but was not given clear instructions. It turns out I did things incorrectly. I would rather be sick than get treated this way.
I just want to give a shout out to everyone at Madison Regional Health that took care of both my father and mother in-law while they were in hospital last couple of months. We are so lucky to have a hospital with great and caring employees in the town the size of Madison. Also to PT/OT department that were so kind to both of them over the years with therapy needs as well as allowing them to come back and exercise 2-3 times a week. They always looked forward to going and was a great social interaction for them as well.
