The provider and clinical staff delivered excellent care. The service was professional, timely, and attentive, and I truly felt heard during my visit. My only concern is related to privacy at check-in. Patients are asked to confirm their full name and date of birth out loud in the waiting room, which can feel uncomfortable since others can hear that information.
