Simmons is the worst provider I have ever had dealing with the VA in 48 years. Her nurse Joanna is one of the best I have ever dealt with!!!
This is a clinic for Veterans only.
I called their VA nurse advice line. They couldn't give advice because they said all of their pharmacists are furloughed. There's no pharmacists? Seriously? I understand its not their fault that the new government fired them, but what does that even mean for getting medical care here? My VA care was pretty good before, except for the understaffing and appointments taking months to get. So how bad is the understaffing now?
This place will make an appointment for you and then cancel them over and over. Very unprofessional, especially for being a government run entity.
