They had reached out to schedule an appointment after waiting a few weeks. However, I was at work and unable to access my phone. Left a message and told me to call them back. Now, they won't answer the phone after multiple attempts to call back. If you're gonna ask me to call you back, answering the phone might be a nice touch
Terrible place can’t call as they have no direct line. I haven’t had my medication for two months and have not been able to contact anyone. Went today in person to schedule an appointment and they told me I can’t schedule an appointment to be seen awful place
They take care of there veterans and are really helpful with there needs The staff is awesome and friendly They do a great job with the veterans Johanna Lee Sumis The lady that does the blood work is awesome She great at drawing your blood Everyone I have delt with at Sanford VA are great people From the time you check in and out

Updated Sept 2025: This VA typically doesn't answer their phones. When my spouse and I do get someone answering, their phone system somehow directs to different departments than dialed in the phone tree so its the wrong person. Then we're on hold indefinitely or the system sends us back to the phone tree to dial a department. Or it gets picked up by someone at a national VA call backup center who can't assist. The staff accidently disconnect calls when I've finally reached someone. I just want to give them a referral number ... read more
