I had an absolutely unacceptable experience with Sanford Health in Fargo. When I first called while having contractions, I was advised not to come in, even though my contractions were 3-minutes apart, plus, second baby. When I finally called again to notify we were on our way, I was met with laughter from the triage nurse. Due to this negligence, we did not make it to the hospital in time, and had to deliver our baby in the pickup on the side of the interstate. It's decent, haven't had a problem and ive been here twice now for a few days each time. Shout out to Dr. Co for listening to me (although that procedure hurt like crazy and not fond of that) and Trevor in the CDU. I've had Trevor both times and he's sweet and patient. Actually all the nurses have been great.
Was flown in here after getting hit by a car. Definitely a pleasant hospital. Not much more to say than that. Obviously a three day stay ended up being expensive, but that’s more a societal woe than to do with one hospital.
You’re VERY lucky if you find a doctor who actually cares about you at Sanford. Every doctor I’ve seen doesn’t even seem to care even when I went to see my primary care doctor (at another location but I’m just reviewing Fargo-Moorhead Sanford locations in general here) I told her I was feeling very sick so she did labs on a Wednesday, the labs came back same day with abnormal results which could of DEFINITELY been the reason why I was so sick.
