Parking absolutely sucks at the new hospital. Lots of employee parking, visitor parking is horrible. Very poor design and layout, in my opinion.
I went here for medical help. I then created a payment plan to pay off my bill. I made the agreed payments on time every month only to find that they sent me to collections anyways. When I called the business center to sort it out, their response was essentially "Its too late now, we already sent it to collections." If you go here, expect to be sent to collections if you cannot pay right away.
Worst experience I have ever had, need an open mri for months, they will not schedule it because the questionnaire form is from st alexius,they are not helpful at all 5 minute fix but unwilling to help, sure hope my lesion is not cancer.
Huge thanks to all my wonderful nurses and my wonderful doctors who gave me the most top quality care.
I have never seen a hospital like this in my life I recommend you not to go you have to wait in line for hours until a doctor sees you I have been here for more than 4 hours and absolutely no doctor has seen me the waiting room is full of seriously ill people with babies. sick and the nurses and doctors pretend not to see it is the worst recommendation
