Full service clinic with friendly staff, plenty of parking, and a pharmacy. The best thing is that it's on the north side of town. Not way out in the high traffic, poorly played out, suburban sprall where most businesses want to build.
All staff from surgeon on down were pleasant and helpful. I thought the rooms were adequate for one person. I remember when there were wards and then double rooms with jack and Jill bathrooms so basically 4 people were sharing a bathroom. Meals I had were good with lots of selection. I wasn't very hungry. Basically received good treatment and recovery in a pleasant caring atmosphere.
We were there for an appointment at 1115 got done and we had another appointment at 230 but I tried to get an earlier appointment if we couldn't then we were going to reschedule but the nurse told me to walk around for a little to get a early appointment but they sat us in a room which my mom was comfortable but we stay there for 3 hours what a waste of time.
ENT denied care without even seeing me with a referral for chronic ear pain and hearing loss. Both of my ears drums are ruptured right now as well.
