We typically have good experiences. It’s an acute care so they can only help with so much. They do their best and are often short staffed. There are more good doctors than bad but there are a couple who don’t listen. The nurses and office staff are nice and get the job done. Be patient and give them grace. They are working in a terrible environment of sick kids and people.
If you actually want help, DONT go here. They are so quick to say you have to follow up with your primary care doctor and not actually help you. What is the point of an after hours acute care, if they won’t do their jobs and help you when you’re sick? We love Sanford but this clinic is NOT it. Specifically Dr. Tran. He will do NOTHING for you. This is the second horrible experience we’ve had with him. He wouldn’t even as much as write a doctor’s note for school for our son. Our nurse was friendly and did a great job, doctor was incompetent. No wonder it was so easy and quick to get into this place
