My prescription has been off l since my first visit here in May of 2024. I have never had issues with glasses or contacts in the past at any eye doctor I have been to. It’s now October of 2024 and I’ve been seen 3 times since May, each time they have given me a new prescription. These people care a lot and helped me in a great time of need. They didn't have to do what they did, but she helped me and saved the day. These folks are wonderful .
The fact that I went here in the past and paid for glasses and appointments and all the expenses, and then when I break my glasses during a pandemic they cant simply release information about my own prescription that is literally mine that should not be with held from me😤.
