Great place with amazing service. Super friendly staff
Unfortunately, repeated issues with nursing staff not answering messages, returning calls or not submitting insurance paperwork has led us to reconsider our experience here. And it’s not been a one-time thing. The disconnect between what the Dr. and us discuss in the appointment, what our outlined plan is per the Dr.’s clinical notes- to what actually happens via nursing, continues to be so significantly disconnected it has cost us days to, in one case, over a month.
