Quite possibly one of the most infuriating medical visits my sister and I have ever experienced. If you ever need allergy testing for something other than metals, don’t bother wasting your time or money here. I do want to give some credit, the majority of the staff were friendly and professional! I had no issues with them. Don’t recommend Dr Eng! Very rude & argumentative over a panel I asked to be done. Yelling at me with my 3 year old in the room what sort of practice is that?! Asked for a supervisor and he brings in an RN . Decide to cancel on me at the appointment. All Sanford does is give you patients access number to voice your complaint. It doesn’t go beyond that.

Accidentally left an EAI in a -20 degree car over the weekend. Asked Dr. Cleveland via mychart to refill it. Request was originally denied, with his nurse telling me if it wasn’t leaking or discolored there “is no need to replace.” The need to replace comes from the manufacturers recommendation to do so. I had to call and insist it be replaced. At which point they still tried to deny my request stating the dr has seen studies showing it is unnecessary. The dr is not qualified to overrule manufacturers storage recommendations... read more
