I arrived five minutes early for my ultrasound appointment. After waiting for 20 minutes I left without being seen. 20 minutes is my waiting limit while passing a kidney stone. It wasn’t busy at all. Everyone was just moving slow, like I wasn’t squirming in pain waiting for them to finish their after lunch coffee. I love the docs they are so awesome
Dr. Norenberg has been my primary care doctor for a few years now and she is hands down one of if not the best doctors I’ve ever had. Strongly recommend this clinic, as everyone is friendly and very kind!
The receptionists on during urgent care are not helpful. It shouldn’t be that difficult to add an insurance plan if you would even try. I guess I’m happy you got to sit and watch your football game. The gentleman I called at the patient financial office got it figured out since it was so difficult. The LPN, provider, and lab tech were all amazing and my son got taken care of which is most important. I just try to avoid this clinic as much as possible because of this and other experiences.
