I will admit this happened a while ago and I initially didn’t want to leave a negative review because the owner was so nice and the blowout was well done. But I called ahead and explained that I have thick curly hair and I wanted a cut and blowout. She said she had a stylist who could work with my hair and so I went. When I got there I told the stylist I wanted curtain bangs and she basically refused to do it. She kept going back and forth with me telling me my hair would puff up and would look bad.
