Absolutely unacceptable and outrageously unprofessional. I had a 10:00 AM appointment, which they casually pushed to 10:15. Fine—things happen. But after I arrived on time, they had the audacity to tell me I’d need to wait until nearly 11:00 just to be seen. That’s not a delay—that’s complete disregard for a customer’s time. This place clearly has zero respect for scheduling, zero accountability, and zero concern for the people they serve. If you value your time even a little, stay far away. Candy’s works is awful, after 3 days ; 8 of my acrylic’s nails came off completely . I paid $60 for 3 days ! I don’t recommend at all her works.
