I came here in august for just some gel nails. There was one woman in the shop, She was friendly but quiet. It was extremely rough when she started to cut and trim back my cuticles. I remember seeing the skin pull and rip. I was bleeding and afterward, I had multiple scabs on my cuticles. She insisted that she applied extensions to two of my nails to make it even, I told her I don't care if some of my nails are shorter but she did it anyway.
